Office Practices
Office Hours: 8 am - 4 pm Monday through Friday,
except holidays
Because so much of our work is dependent on the
menstrual cycle of the patient we also offer limited services on
Saturday or Sunday at Dr. Daly's discretion

Our telephones
are answered from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, except holidays.
For an appointment, call (616) 774-2030 or 1-800-695-5941. Routine questions
about your care or treatment are best answered during office hours when your
medical records are available. If Dr. Daly is with a patient when you call, the
nurse will confer with the doctor and relay instructions to you or have him
return your call. Generally, our answering service will take your calls for 45
minutes during the lunch hour.
Appointments
Please make every effort to
keep your scheduled appointment. If you cannot, 24 hour notice would be greatly
appreciated-- please call and cancel. We make every effort to stay
on time, but unavoidable circumstances will occasionally set us back. Please be
assured that we will take as much care with you when it is your turn.
Emergency / After Hours
If you have an emergency,
please call our office and the call will be taken by our answering service. They
will contact Dr. Daly or the physician on-call, who will call you. In the rare
instance that you are not able to reach our answering service, use Spectrum
Health East Emergency as a backup.
